We specialize in EPA compliant air emissions testing at ethylene oxide sterilization facilities.  We’re experienced in the many different ways of controlling your ethylene oxide emissions including wet scrubbers, dry scrubbers, catalytic oxidizers and thermal oxidizers.  We have also developed a test program specifically for those customers using water balancer tanks prior to their catalytic oxidizers.  We are experienced in sampling sterilization chamber vents, aeration room vents and back vent emissions.  We have developed capture efficiency programs as well as fugitive emissions analysis and modeling.  We understand the cycles and burden EPA testing can put on facilities and are sensitive to your downtime.  We focus on efficient test programs that will minimize your downtime and keep you compliant and profitable.
