L. Christopher Heilner, QSTI

I started LCH back in 1999 while still in college. I graduated from Salisbury State University (MD) in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health Sciences and has been operating LCH ever since. I enjoy participating in every aspect of a stack test. I'm always looking for ways to improve the overall safety and efficiency of the process. I enjoy networking with all kinds of people involved in our industry to constantly learn new things. My wife Elena and I live in Pottstown, PA with our young daughter Rosemary and our old dog Knight. Philip C. Burg

Phil is the Senior Project Manager with LCH Consulting since September of 2008. Phil gained his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, California State College, California, Pennsylvania. Mr. Burg has 30 years experience in conducting source emission testing at hundreds of facilities. Phil's broad range of experience has given him expertise in the letter of the methods and regulations as well as the letter of customer's permits. Phil also specializes in active and productive conversations with the many regulators involved in our projects. In his free time Phil enjoys playing the classical guitar and checking out music acts. Howard Humphreys

Howard is a 40 year veteran of stack testing. Howard started his career with TRC in New England before forming his own company, Enviromechanics. Howard is an expert in ethylene oxide sterilization facilities and Subpart O regulations and sampling. In 2015 LCH merged with Enviromechanics giving LCH the expertise in the EO world and expanding the manpower capabilities of Enviromechanics. Howard is almost retired from the field work portion of the job. He currently lives in Vero Beach, Florida with his wife Lizzie. Dustin J. Urban, QSTI
Dustin is a 2007 graduate of Mansfield University (PA) and earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Environmental Resources Management. Dustin has used his college degree to serve as a professional stack tester ever since. Dustin is a leader in the field and keeps projects running smoothly with his in depth knowledge of how to best test a stack. Dustin lives in Binghamton, NY with his Shina Ibu named Aiko. In his spare time Dustin cooks, hikes and one time recently...he bowled a perfect game.
